  • in the afternoon – 135 grams in any way prepared fish or seafood, 25 grams of any sauce, 120 grams a side dish of three kinds of vegetables, 250 grams of fresh juice;
  • in the evening – 120 grams Olivier, a slice of bread, 250 grams of any savory drink to choose from.

Saturday:

  • morning and afternoon – four walnuts, one apple, 100 gram of cottage cheese;
  • in the evening – two teaspoons of honey and half a liter of fermented milk product.

Thursday:

The second and third month of the Liepāja diet
